If you do not show up for your appointment you will be marked as a “no show” in our booking system. No shows are required to leave a credit card number when booking their next 5 appointments. If you are marked as a no show a second or third time your credit card on file will automatically be charged the full amount of the services you booked the appointment for.

We will gladly try a child’s first haircut but if at anytime it becomes dangerous to the child or interferes with our other customer’s relaxing experience, we will have to end the cut. Please note we only allocate 30 minutes per little man haircut. If your child is unable to sit still or begins crying we will have to end the haircut early.
We are happy to perform traditional male haircuts on females. For example fades, hair tattoos, under cuts etc. We do not have the tools/training to do any traditional female cuts and styles.
We do not do braiding at this time.
We do not do any colour services on the head. We do however offer beard enhancement colour services.
We recommend making an appointment as we are usually booked about a week in advance. We do not have a wait list. As appointments become available due to cancellations they become live online in our booking software.
Yes we carry a variety of premium brands for hair and face.
Yes we do! We recommend booking at least 1 month in advance. We have many weekly regulars who have standing appointments during the usual wedding slots.
